First visit from Christchurch?
A tenner off the first cut or fade.
A lot of Christchurch residents drive in for the cut. From the Priory end of town to the Grove it's twelve minutes down the A35 and Stour Road. Well worth the drive if you're sick of cuts that don't last past the second weekend. Park on Southbourne Grove or the side roads and walk the last two minutes.
Kaz built the chair on craftsmanship over speed. The slot runs as long as the cut runs. Prices are on the wall, skin fade is £19 flat, first cut is a tenner off so you can judge the work before paying full.
Regulars from Christchurch come back every three or four weeks. The reviews repeatedly mention fades that hold their line past the two-week mark and scissor work that doesn't need fixing at home.
By car: Stour Road to Belle Vue Road, then right onto Southbourne Grove. Twelve minutes clear, fifteen to twenty in school run traffic. By train: Christchurch to Pokesdown takes five minutes, then a four-minute walk down the Grove. Plenty of free on-street parking once you're here.
